We NEVER refund for any services, or any products/accessories, etc purchased. In the event of the client being unsatisfied with their hair, you have up to 7 days after the initial appointment to tweak, or fix the problem at no additional charge. At that time the original desired look cannot be changed to another style. If the Licensed Professional does not feel comfortable performing any more additional services, we cannot move forward in the event of not wanting to compromise the hair. We care deeply about the integrity of our clients hair and would never risk damage to the hair.
We ask that if you have an issue, we recommend contacting the salon as soon as possible to fix the issue promptly.
